Hi Maria,
Thank you for your question. AWS Bedrock can be limited under the Free Tier as its usage is governed by AWS and may fall outside AWS Free Tier limits - review the current AWS Free Tier and Bedrock terms on the resources page https://cockroachdb-ai.devpost.com/resources.
In additiona, an 'operation not allowed' error when invoking Amazon Bedrock Claude models is usually tied to model access rather than the AWS Free Tier itself. In the Bedrock console, please confirm you have requested and been granted access to the specific Anthropic Claude model under 'Model access' in the region you are calling, and that your IAM role/policy allows the bedrock:InvokeModel action for that model. Also verify the model is available in your selected region. Please note Amazon BedrockIf access is enabled and the error persists, AWS Support can help with account-specific configuration.

Happy hacking!
